I feel bad that I haven't needed SV services for a good while now. In fact, I've had my new iMac for 18 months and haven't once had a problem that needed servicing. That, of course, is why I love the Mac, and it was only by your advice that I continued using the Mac. But I know where to find you when I do need you. I've recommended you to others who have purchased the Mac, and it seems there are more Mac owners now than a few years back.

Brian has always been a lifesaver to me, keeping up with all the technologies, handling the most difficult of networking problems, and offering lots of information that makes my job as a graphic artist more efficient. He always is available to come quickly and offer his services on-site. He is efficient and quick in his production of services which is important to me so that I dont fall behind in my deadlines. I have to admit after 17 years in the business and using many different technicians, Brian has been the best!

I also highly recommend Brian Sheafer for MAC services of any kind - As a newbie to the computer world at age 65 - I HAD ISSUES!!! Brian solved them all for me -A new MAC last year has kept me off the phone to Brian - I do not require the services some may - I use my MAC for staying in contact with friends and family - looking and shopping - Not in any way a business person - just playin around -and enjoying my MAC Thanks Brian.
