What is Remote Screen Sharing? Remote screen sharing is a service that is done with the help of Mac Helpmate. Mac Helpmate was designed by Dean Shavit, a fellow member of the Apple Consultant's Network out of Chicago, IL. He has made it possible for ACN members, tech support, IT and Macintosh consultants to extend thier offerings to their clients with zero configuation remote screen sharing. This can be done only by the client initiating a session in which the client can stop at any time. Security is the key factor

Screen sharing is available for current clients of SV Macintosh™ Consulting only. The application is free of charge. Mac Helpmate is an extremely efficient tool for many maintenance routines for Mac OS X, as well a hard drive information tool.

Pricing for SV Macintosh™ Consulting's real time screen sharing is being introduced at $80.00 per hour, billed in increments of the quarter hour. The first quarter hour is minimum upon connection.

There are only a few easy steps to getting started with SV Macintosh™ Consulting's real time assistance:

2. Launch Mac Helpmate and choose "Email My Tech" under the "Get Support" option. You will be contacted by telephone for initial instructions.
